Welcome to the Mindful Explorers!
At Mindful Explorers, we believe that childhood is richer when children have space to slow down, notice the world around them, and feel at home in themselves.
We work with schools and families across Cambridgeshire and around the country, bringing mindfulness into the classroom and into everyday life through nature, creativity and connection. Our sessions for children weave together outdoor exploration, creative making and simple mindfulness practices, giving children practical ways to manage their emotions, build resilience and find calm.
In schools, we offer whole class sessions, small group work, one to one sessions and staff training and one-off workshops, with two core approaches: getting outside to explore and notice in nature, or settling indoors with creative, hands-on activities. Both are rooted in the same belief: that children learn best when they feel safe, curious and connected.
For families who want something more personal, we also offer one to one sessions for children, working gently at a child's own pace to build the skills and confidence to navigate big feelings and busy minds.
Alongside our school work and family sessions, we run seasonal offerings, share free resources for parents and educators and are building something new for children who want to explore more deeply outside of the classroom.
Whether you are a teacher looking for support with wellbeing, a parent wanting to bring more calm into your home or a school curious about what mindfulness can look like in practice, you are in the right place.
