Calm, Confident Kids: Children’s Wellbeing & Mindfulness Workshop in Cambridge (Fulbourn) – Sunday 28 September 2025
Have you ever watched your child get swept up in big feelings whether it be worry, frustration or a sudden rush of tears and wished you could hand them a simple toolkit to help?
Children aren’t born knowing how to calm their bodies or organise their emotions. They need gentle, playful tools that meet them where they are. That’s why, in my sessions, I use storytelling, mindful movement, breathing games, and creative crafts to help children feel calmer, more confident and more in control.
When children discover how to pause, breathe, move and express themselves through play, you can see the weight lift from their shoulders. It feels like fun (not another lesson) and the strategies are easy to use at home or school.
What your child will learn
Simple breathing and movement techniques to find calm
Ways to recognise and name big feelings
Confidence-building strategies and emotional resilience
Creative activities that make regulation feel playful and doable
Who it’s for
Perfect for children who are sensitive, anxious, busy-minded or simply benefit from a calm, supportive space in their week. Parents tell me their children leave feeling happier, more regulated and proud of what they can do.
