Information for Parents

A warm, reassuring guide to help you support your child with emotional regulation. You'll learn why emotions can feel so big, how to respond with compassion in the moment and gentle ways to build your child’s emotional literacy over time. Includes practical tips, helpful language and encouragement for you, too.

Activities

A collection of simple, creative and low-prep activities that help children notice, name and explore their feelings — from playful mirror games to hands-on crafts like a “Feelings Visitor House” and Mood Rainbow. Designed to fit into daily life and spark meaningful connection through mindfulness and imagination.

Meditation

This calming, child-friendly meditation invites your child to imagine their emotions as visitors arriving at a safe, cosy house. A soothing way to practise emotional awareness and self-compassion — with messages like “All feelings are welcome” and “I am safe.”
