Support your child to feel calm, confident and emotionally equipped — in a playful, creative way.

This one-off workshop gently shares simple mindfulness tools to children aged 4-7 that they can use in everyday life to manage big feelings, build emotional resilience and develop a stronger sense of self-awareness.

Using a mix of movement, games, breathing, storytelling and creative crafts, we explore simple, child-friendly techniques that help children pause, reflect and respond (rather than react) to the world around them.

  • Fun and engaging calming strategies they can use at home or at school

  • How to recognise and talk about their feelings

  • Simple breathwork and grounding techniques

  • Creative ways to build focus, confidence and emotional strength

The classes will be held at The Swifts in Fulbourn.

All resources and equipment will be provided, unless otherwise specified. This includes yoga mats but if you would like to bring along your own that is fine. Within 48 hours of your booking I will send you an email with further information which includes a Google Form to fill in that tells me a bit more about your child and also includes photo permissions. It is really helpful if you could fill this out as it helps me plan for the session with your child in mind. If you do not receive the email within 48 hours, check your spam folder and if you cannot see it drop me an email on kelly@themindfulexplorers.co.uk or message me on 07549284716. If your child has additional needs, please bring along whatever may support their learning, for example, ear defenders, fidgets / chewy toys etc.

Please feel free to bring a drink and a snack (but no nuts please!)

Cancellation Policy

Due to the resources involved in running these sessions and the cost of venue hire, I am unable to offer refunds if you are unable to attend. However, you are welcome to transfer your booking to someone else—just let me know in advance.

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule for a future date.
