Creative Mindfulness- The Autumn Term

I thought I would share some memories of our Creative Mindfulness Kids course from last year. It was such a wonderful group and I loved that they were part of my first class in Cambridge! Here are some snippets from social media posts I made about the classes.

“In our Creative Mindfulness session last week we talked about worries and how important it is to share our worries with someone we trust. We read the fantastic Ruby's Worry and then made our own Worry Boxes to take home and put in our worries. I love the creativeness of the children and their enthusiasm for what we are doing. 🎨🧘💜”

and then near the end…

“We had a lovely Creative Mindfulness session on Saturday celebrating ourselves! Our focus was on developing self compassion, recognising we are all different and of course remembering that everything belongs! We made these lovely 'All about Me' bags that we filled with special things about ourselves along with a photo too.

I can't believe we only have one session left. I couldn't have asked for a better group to be part of the first Mindful Explorers class!”
