National Space Centre and a bit of Mindfulness!

🚀Back in January we went to the Space Centre in Leicester for Mr Mindful Explorer's birthday. It was our first time and we all loved it! Even baby J who had a wide and new space to explore! As always I brought a little Mindfulness into our day and used our 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 Mindfulness exercise. It is excellent for both children and grown ups for times of anxiety, over-excitement or just simply wanting to tune into the present moment!

Doing this exercise somewhere as amazing as the Space Centre means that you can be guaranteed to see something a bit different to the norm!
