One to One Sessions

Sometimes the most powerful thing is having a quiet space that belongs entirely to you.

One to one sessions with Mindful Explorers offer exactly that. Whether you are a child finding big feelings hard to manage, a parent navigating the pressures of family life, a teacher carrying the weight of a demanding classroom or a school that wants bespoke support for a member of staff or a child with particular needs, a one to one session gives you time and space to breathe, explore and find what works for you.

In a group, we move at the pace of the group. In a one to one, we move at yours. That means the practice, the pace and the focus can be shaped entirely around what you need, whether that is learning simple tools to manage anxiety, finding ways to stay calm under pressure or simply having somewhere to pause and reconnect with yourself.

We work with children individually both in school settings and outside of them, with parents and carers and with teaching staff who want personal support rather than whole school training. Sessions draw on creative mindfulness, nature connection and gentle coaching, woven together in whatever way serves you best.
