Mindful Parenting Workshop

This is a one hour evening workshop for parents who want practical support with the everyday reality of parenting.

It is for parents who care deeply, but often feel overwhelmed, reactive or unsure how to handle big feelings. In their children and in themselves.

We will look at what mindful parenting really means in daily life. Not staying calm all the time. Not getting it right. Just learning how to notice what is happening and make small changes that help things feel more manageable.

In the session, we will cover:
• What mindful parenting actually is, and what it is not
• Why your own stress and emotions matter so much in difficult moments
• Simple ways to pause and respond when things start to escalate
• Practical tools you can use when your child is angry, anxious or upset
• How small shifts can reduce conflict and bring more calm over time

There is no pressure to share or talk. You can listen, reflect and take what feels useful for your family.

You will leave with a clearer understanding of why certain moments feel so hard, a few realistic tools you can try straight away and reassurance that you do not need to overhaul everything to make a difference.

Note: Once you have purchased your place on this workshop you will receive an email within 24 hours to confirm your place and give you more details.
