Online Mindful Parenting Workshop

Do you ever find yourself snapping at your kids over something small, then feeling awful about it for the rest of the day?

Or lying awake at night replaying that moment you lost your patience, wishing you could have handled it differently?

If this happens you are not failing, you're just trying to pour from an empty cup!

When we're stretched thin, exhausted and running on fumes, of course we react instead of respond. Of course the little things tip us over the edge. Of course we feel guilty afterwards!

But what if there was a way to find your calm even in the chaos? To help you stay grounded when everything feels overwhelming? To respond to your children with the patience and presence you want to have, not the frazzled version of yourself you're currently offering?

That's what my Online Mindful Parenting Workshop is all about.

Thursday 12th February at 8pm

This isn't about becoming a perfect parent (spoiler: they don't exist). It's about building the inner resources to navigate the hard moments with more ease. It's about practices that actually fit into real family life, not another thing on your to do list (because they are long enough already!)

We'll explore simple mindfulness tools for your own emotional regulation, ways to stay present when everything feels too much and how to create genuine connection with your children even on the really tough days.

Your calm matters. Not just for them, but for you.

If this resonates, I'd love to see you there!
